How long does the Hammam ritual last?
We recommend setting aside approximately an hour and a half.
What should I bring?
For the Hammam, you will need clean, non-slip slippers, a Kassa glove for the scrub, and a
swimsuit, which is mandatory.
If you don’t have them, you can purchase all these items at our center. We provide towels, cleansing products, hairdryers and lockers with keys. For massages, no personal items are needed — we provide disposable underwear and towels.
Can I access the Hammam without booking a massage?
Yes, absolutely
Can I book a treatment without the Hammam?
Facial and body treatments are available only when combined with the Hammam experience
Is the Hammam exclusively reserved for individual use?
No, the Hammam is not available for private use. However, for groups larger than 15 people, please contact us directly.
Can we book a couple’s massage?
Massages can be scheduled at the same time, but each guest will be in a separate room with their own therapist.
How long is my gift voucher valid for?
Please refer to the expiration date indicated on your voucher and be sure to book your service in advance.
How can I book a treatment?
To make a reservation, first check availability with our reception by email at info@acquamadre.it or by phone at +39 06 6864272.
Once confirmed by our staff, you can proceed with the purchase via our online store.
How can I modify my reservation?
Cancellations or changes must be communicated to our reception at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in the voucher being forfeited.
What are the cancellation terms?
The right of withdrawal applies only to online purchases, and must be requested via email
within 14 days from the purchase date.
Can I change the service included in my gift voucher?
Yes, the voucher can be modified in terms of services or recipient, provided the value
remains the same or is supplemented. Please contact us in this case.
Can I organise a bachelorette or bachelor party?
We offer a complimentary facial treatment for the bride or groom. Please note that the Hammam is a shared space and not privately reserved, so we kindly ask you to celebrate respectfully and in harmony with other guests.
Are there services available for pregnant women?
Access to the Hammam is not allowed during pregnancy. Massages, however, can be performed between the 4th and 8th month.
Are there women-only days?
Yes, the first two Thursdays of each month are reserved for women. Massages are always open to all.
What are the therapeutic benefits of the Hammam?
Steam baths deeply detoxify the body, making the skin more radiant and elastic. They improve blood circulation and breathing, stimulate the immune system, relieve muscular tension and rheumatic pain, and have positive effects on mood, stress and anxiety.
Scrubbing naturally renews the skin, enhancing elasticity and brightness.
Are there any contraindications?
Hammam use is not recommended in cases of heart disease, deep or superficial vein thrombosis, or other serious medical conditions.
Can minors use your services?
Minors aged 15 and up may access the Hammam if accompanied by a parent.
Unaccompanied minors may attend only with a signed parental waiver, which can be requested by email at info@acquamadre.it. Massages are only available to adults (18+)
